Stephen M. Samuel, PE
CEO & President
Stephen Samuel lives and breathes CAD. For the last 30 years, his passion for engineering and design has fueled Design Visionaries, and his nonprofit – the United States Tech Education Center (USTEC). His years of experience have honed and sharpened his engineering design skills in nearly every industry imaginable. He has written over 10 books on the subject of computer-aided design, product life cycle management, finite element analysis, and the innovation process. His sharp mind for engineering design and his endless trove of innovative ideas define what it means to be a Design Visionary.
Jennine Scott
Managing Director
Jennine keeps the Design Visionaries world spinning on its axis. For the last 16 years, she has designed and implemented processes to manage daily internal operations, working closely with every staff member and customer to ensure this business runs smoothly. Jennine is the central point at which all systems at Design Visionaries intersect, and her innovative approach to internal systems development underscore her skillset as a Design Visionary.
Landon Ritchie
Chief Technology Officer
If there’s a technical problem at Design Visionaries today, Landon solved it yesterday. With a highly diversified skillset in both computational skills, engineering design and CAD, Landon is a versatile problem-solver with an eye for artistry. He specializes in systems troubleshooting, PLC design and digital system integration. Landon’s dual capabilities as both an engineer and a technologist make him every bit the Design Visionary.
Jose Garcia
Mechanical Engineer and CAD Trainer
With over six years of experience in the field of engineering, Jose brings a powerful skillset to any project table. He specializes in both design and training in Siemens NX and PTC Creo. If you’ve ever met Jose, you know he’s got a mind built for CAD. From designing mechanical systems to engineering robotics processes for companies like Google, Astra Space, and Aerojet Rocketdyne, Jose is every inch a design visionary. He is one of our primary CAD/CAM/CAE trainers, as well, and has designed course material for many of our customers. Jose’s friendly disposition and patient and detailed nature make him a true Design Visionary.
Shivam Bhardwaj
Robotics & Mechatronics Lead Engineer
Shivam’s mind is a well-oiled machine. His engineering career is marked by numerous collaborations with industry experts and ample leadership roles in projects such as self-driving cars, medical robots, and ed-tech ventures. He has hands-on experience in the full cycle of robotics development – from prototyping to testing and development. His dual capabilities in both individual contribution and leadership roles evidences a proven track record of success, and his versatile skillset as a Design Visionary.
Kyran Corcoran
Marketing Director
Kyran turns effective ideas to actionable solutions. From core messaging design to website development and SEO to social media curation, Kyran brings a diverse skillset to the marketing table. He has founded the digital marketing infrastructure at Design Visionaries, and collaborates with every member of the team to create a holistic and representative view of the company in all of his marketing efforts.
